The BBB Wise Giving Alliance's primary purpose is to educate donors. While the Alliance does not recommend one charity over another, it sets standards for charitable solicitations, as well as collects and provides information on how well organizations meet these standards.
America's largest independent charity evaluator provides free ratings on the financial health, accountability, and transparency of thousands of non-profits. Also has a free monthly e-newsletter.
